Install Hiddify on Windows, macOS, or Linux

Hiddify Desktop installs as a normal app on Windows 10/11, macOS 12+, and most modern Linux distributions.

Download

Download the installer

Visit github.com/hiddify/hiddify-next/releases and grab the latest installer for your OS — .exe for Windows, .dmg for macOS, .AppImage or .deb for Linux.

Install and launch

Run the installer. On macOS, drag the app into Applications. On Linux, mark the AppImage as executable. Launch Hiddify after install.

Add your subscription URL

Click Add Profile, choose Add from URL, and paste your Sham VPN subscription URL from the account page.

Connect

Click the connect button. Windows and macOS will prompt for permission to install a system VPN driver — approve it once. After that, connecting is one click.

Troubleshooting

Connect button does nothing on Windows

Run Hiddify as administrator the first time so the TUN driver can install correctly. After that single elevated launch, normal user permissions are enough.

Reality is blocked on a corporate or campus network

Some firewalls block the default Reality port. Switch to Shadowsocks-obfs from the profile dropdown — the same subscription URL covers all three protocols.
